Loveshack
After a triumphant 20th anniversary in 2018, with the release of their debut single "Get Up" and a long tour that culminated with a sold-out Rockefeller in Oslo, Loveshack could sit down and suck on some caramel.
It couldn't have occurred to them. On the contrary, they hit the road in 2019, released the live epic "Rockefeller Live" and sold out Rockefeller once again.
In 2023, Loveshack turned 25 years old!
With nearly 2000 concerts in their career so far, we are talking about one of Norway's most active bands.
What started as a group that just wanted to play a little together has become so much more than the guys in Loveshack could ever dream of. The anniversary was of course, as is tradition, celebrated at a sold-out Rockefeller, Oslo on Saturday, November 11. There, 1,350 sweaty, cheerful, singing and dancing audiences got to experience a band in great shape.
Loveshack's ability to approach every concert as if "this is the best concert we'll ever do" has made them audience favorites, whether it's private events, club gigs, après ski, student parties, or festivals.
Re-booking has become the rule, because Loveshack does everything they can to avoid the exception. Always! New people and faces to be converted and experience 80s gospel as only Loveshack can serve it.
The story of Loveshack is far from over. It has only just begun. Stay tuned, stay tuned. The band is ready for 2024!

The exhibition opens at the same time as the Wooden Boat Festival, and makes Galleri Kunstparken even more relevant for wood lovers.

The National Theatre and the Norwegian Theatre are creating a play based on Faysa Idle's hotly-anticipated book, "A Word for Blood". Her story concerns us all, regardless of who we are or where we live. Perhaps Faysa's story can open up conversations about how we can create a society where we take better care of each other?
