More and more children seem to struggle in their everyday lives with a background in neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism, Tourette). Vill Vekst is a regional research and development project where the Department of Child and Adolescent Mental Health (ABUP) at Sørlandet Hospital collaborates with the University of Agder, municipalities in Agder and interest associations to develop nature- and experience-based measures to increase the quality of life of children, young people and families. What are the health-promoting benefits of nature – and in what ways can measures in nature contribute to coping and development?
