On the penultimate day of the year, there will be a New Year's party in Risør Church! We are not trying to reinvent the wheel on Christmas Eve, so we are repeating the success of last year's sold-out concert. "Deilig er jorden" will be worth the trip in itself for most people, but there will also be much else to take with you into the new year.
If you have never been to the Risør Chamber Music Festival before, this Christmas concert is a great introduction to both the festival and the music.

Risør Wooden Boat Festival has been visited by 10-15,000 people every year since 1984 at the beginning of August. We are the meeting place for some of the world's most beautiful wooden boats. In addition, we promote coastal culture and traditional crafts in boats and construction. We have activities for all generations through a large program, both academic and social.
