After several years, Pernille Bønkan from Puroyoga in Oslo is finally back in Risør for an intensive yoga long weekend in Risør Kunstpark.
There will be a guided Ashtanga "gentle" every morning at 9:00 AM.
And a workshop every afternoon at 5:00 PM focusing on breathing, meditation and yin exercises. The weekend is suitable for beginners as well as advanced yogis :)
