Today's conference speaker is Karianne A. Wahlstrøm , originally from Tvedestrand. She is currently an educator and middle school teacher in her hometown, but she also has broad expertise in motivation, mental training and positive psychology. She has training in motivational interviewing from Oslo Met, a method for helping people with behavioral change, as well as courses in mental training from Raw Performance, which focuses on strengthening mental skills to achieve goals.
